Germany national team former captain Philipp Lahm deems the team’s head coach Joachim Löw has his portion of fault in Bundesmanschaft failure at the World Cup. The Germans were not able to overcome the hurdle of tournament group stage for the first time in their football history.

“I am convinced that Löw has to change the way of the communication with his players which was characteristic for the last year. He must do it if he wants to make success with the new generation. And he should clearly explain to the individualists of the team that they must take responsibility for the whole team,” said Löw.
